6/8 IN F AND B FLAT

1. Nameless tune played by Bill Bigford, accompanied by Paul Gifford, dulcimer, Marion, Michigan, Winter 1977.

2. Nameless tune played by Wilbur Brown, accompanied by Pete Keller, tenor banjo, Dan Johnston, piano, and Paul Gifford, dulcimer, Harbor Springs, Michigan, September 6, 1977.

3. Nameless tune in F and B flat played by Bill Cameron, Brimley, Michigan, accompanied by Paul Gifford, piano, August 13, 1977.

4. Nameless tune played by Varsal Fales and Les Raber, accompanied by Bud Pierce, guitar, Paul Gifford, piano, and William White, dulcimer, Hastings, Michigan, June 14, 1981.

5. Nameless tune played by Edward Kranz, accompanied by various instruments, at jamboree, Port Hope, Michigan, April 30, 1977. This resembles the first change of Cub Berdan's Pacific Quadrille, in G/D/G/C.

6. Nameless tune played by Gale McAfee, accompanied by Paul Gifford, dulcimer, Manton, Michigan, May 1976.

7. Nameless tune in B flat and F played by Russ Nelson, accompanied by Paul Gifford, second fiddle, William White, guitar, Lansing, Michigan, January 7, 1978. I think he probably learned this from his father. Wilbur Brown played a 2/4 version of this, but I think this is the original, as I heard another person play this, although I have no clue to its origin.

8. [Fagin's] played by Russ Nelson, accompanied by Paul Gifford, guitar, Lansing, Michigan, January 7, 1978. This probably also came from his father. I found this in a book under this title, but have forgotten the specifics.
